          I’ve always considered myself a storyteller. Since childhood, I’ve crafted stories in every way I can—through writing, illustrating, and designing. Some days, through creative impulse, I’d be inspired by a character sketch, and next thing I know, I’m typing up an entire story for them. Even when I closed my eyes at night, I’d see moving images of stories running through as if I were watching an animated movie. Having the ability to be creative allows me to express myself, and bring stories into this physical world, and this is a gift I want to share.

          Children's books have always sparked a child-like joy within me. They have this incredible ability to teach meaningful lessons in ways that resonate with both kids and adults. I love how they can ignite the imagination, offer comfort, and encourage confidence and grace, all while telling stories that can shape how we see ourselves and the world. And the best part - you can tell it through so many different ways! The books I enjoy reading and creating often explore themes of adventure, magic, family, self-development, empowerment and wellness.

          I gather a lot of creative energy from the beauty of nature, the bonds we share with ourselves and others, the art of fellow creators, and reading books of all kinds. I’m continuously improving my craft, and exploring new techniques in my work. What ties all these inspirations together is storytelling. It has a unique power to heal, bring people together, and take us to heart-warming places we didn’t expect.
